  • Polypropylene Tile & Stone floor underlayment for crack isolation
  • Protects tile floors from cracking due to substrate movement
  • Accepts heating cables (sold separately) to warm tiled floors
  • Made of two layers of polypropylene for mechanical bonding, vapor management and Sheer Stress control to neutralize stress caused by substrate movement
  • Install with 1/4 in. x 1/4 in. Square Notch Trowel
  • Protects tile or stone floors from cracking as substrates move or settle and accepts heating cables (sold separately) up to 5 mm to create comfort via in-floor heat

PROVA FLEX-HEAT® is an uncoupling and crack isolation membrane for tiled floors that includes channels for inserting low-voltage heating cables (sold separately). The underlayment consists of a polypropylene sheet with studs for carrying heating cables, channels for managing vapor, and a polypropylene nonwoven anchoring fleece for securing the membrane to the substrate. The fleece layer is secured with a polyolefin-based adhesive, and it provides shear stress control by neutralizing stress caused by substrate movement. PROVA FLEX-HEAT accepts heating cables up to 5 mm.
